This memorial day...

I want to change the way things are being done in America today. Instead of just having a cookout, some beers, and gathering together to have a good time how about we, as a nation, take a moment to remember those who gave their lives to ensure we have the freedom to do just that. I'm not asking you to stand behind everything our soldiers are asked to do. I'm asking that you remember and thank those soldiers themselves. Most of the young Americans I've met that joined the armed forces joined to try to beter themselves. Maybe they were there to get a college education. Maybe they were there because they had a family and wanted a better life for that family. Whatever the reason they joined was they didn't make it back.

Thank you for keeping us safe
