Diversity pencils?

This is one of those moments where things go horribly wrong in the funniest ways.  I noticed this post had a missing picture.  That picture was the whole reason for the post in the first place, without it does the phrase Diversity Pencils make any sense?  I didn't think it did either but I refuse to change the title of the post so you're just going to have to live with it.  The picture in question accidentally got deleted from my phone, here, and everywhere except the goofy EEO training it came from originally.
